Senior Designer, Boss
Brian leads and is the single point of contact for all design and project management activities.
With a degree in architecture from Kent State University and more than 14 years in architectural practice, Brian changed gears in 2007 and launched Codesign, a Cleveland, Ohio-based graphic and web design studio that creates and maintains brands for architects, law firms, non-profit, and faith-based groups.
What does architecture have to do with graphics? Invite Brian out for coffee, or Skype him at brian.frolo and he’ll talk your ear off about his belief that “design is one.”
Senior Designer and Illustrator, Married to the Boss
With a degree in graphic design and illustration from Kent State University, Karen’s work spans logos and identity, websites, animation, 3D modeling, packaging, signage, illustration, photo retouching, and print design. She believes design starts with a pencil and paper, but can do the deep dive into Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Before joining Codesign, Karen was busy homeschooling their kids. But now she’s back in the corporate saddle and absolutely thrilled to join Brian part-time since early 2017.
WordPress Developer Consultant
custom WordPress websites and is on speed dial for incidental programming tasks.
Tom specializes in building responsive WordPress themes and works with design agencies, businesses, and other freelancers world-wide. He was the technical brains behind Codesign’s work for gpidesign.com, k2mdesign.com, pa-architects.com and lowtempind.com.
Tom has a degree in multimedia and communication design and over a decade’s worth of experience. We have found him to be proactive, communicative and supremely easy to work with, and that given his residence in the UK and the five-hour time difference.
